Together we can make a difference.
What does our logo mean?
Our logo was created by Mr. Julian Lamar Weaver of Washington, D.C. Brilliantly, he used an African Adinkra symbol called Nykinkyim ( I know, we can’t pronounce it either) as the tree trunk representing the twists and turns along the journey of life. For the leaves on our tree of life, he created a visual interpretation of diverse views and cultural traits as collective visions that value a culturally diverse community. Conversely, this logo represents our commitment to assist organizations, programs and individuals to measure and maintain sustainable progress within underrepresented communities through education and health.
